I’ve moved over from Outlook to GMail over the last few months since its web-based and you get the POP/IMAP features for free (Vs Yahoo & Live/Hotmail are $’s). I pretty much love this email client/app but there are two features I’d love to see in there:
- Delayed send: bring to GMail the ability to send emails later by selecting “in X time” or a specific date/time
- Importance flag: bring to GMail the High/Low importance email flag found in so many other clients, should be simple.
That’s it – I’m not too demanding I guess!

Google has some “pay by search” programs which some sites use for profit, but Ethicle has a different spin, where they give to charities the proceeds from searches. I just changed my Firefox preferred search engine.

I’m keeping an eye out for a replacement for my BlackBerry 8703e, since I’m no longer connected to a BES server it makes sense to snoop around for some cool gear in the smart phone area.
I just ran into this blog entry about Alienware entering the mobile phone market (aka Dell) and the prototype is below. Cool design, but over the top.. We’ll see if this comes to life. The Google Android platform is used to power the phone.

LEGO is 50 today! Not everyday a venerable toy maker lasts that long in the market and that we still have fun with the bricks.
My disappointment is the lack of materials on the www.lego.com site. They route you to the online store to buy new models, no history or milestones. Also, Google added a new logo on their main page:
